We are seeking hands‑on Assistant Managers and Managers to support the delivery of strategic change projects and value creation initiatives alongside the senior leadership team and Executive Committee. The role combines commercial and financial analysis, programme delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement. It requires the ability to produce executive‑quality outputs, including presentations, steering packs and trackers, as well as the judgement to challenge assumptions and keep initiatives focused on outcomes. The role will involve up to one or two trips per year to the UK and other Interpath offices.
