Role Overview
The MRO Support Manager oversees technical support, engineering, and maintenance activities within the Part 145 MRO facility. The role ensures component repair, testing, and capability development are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with airworthiness regulations, OEM standards, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for inspection, repair, and testing of aerospace components and equipment.
Lead engineering teams in developing new repair capabilities and preparing technical documentation such as repair procedures, work instructions, and process specifications.
Manage maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and support business objectives.
