Position Overview
We are looking for Assistant Manager role, focuses on leading an accounting or finance operations team with responsibilities across leadership, quality control, reporting, process improvement, and team development. Handling a team of management accounts, SLA, KPI, preparing financial reporting. Client management, proactive, positive attitude and having a very strong leadership skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage ensuring the timely completion of all deliverables with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Actively monitor team performance, set clear expectations, and ensure that deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
