Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can own end-to-end marketing for residential real estate projects. This isn’t a pure branding role. You’ll be directly responsible for driving leads, supporting sales, and ensuring inventory movement through sharp planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Marketing & Launch Strategy
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches
Define positioning, pricing support inputs, and target audience segments
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with inventory movement goals
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead digital and offline campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, portals, etc.)
