Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end processing of new business transactions including application creation, underwriting follow-ups, correspondence, receipts and policy issuance.
  • Ensure cases are assessed in line with Company policies and service turnaround time.
  • Review correspondence such as offer letters, policy contracts for new products (if any) and special communications when required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, including KYC / AML and Due Diligence Review.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and identify control gaps, operational risks, and compliance issues.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Review work quality, provide feedback, and support skill development of team members.
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
