Job Description
Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end processing of new business transactions including application creation, underwriting follow-ups, correspondence, receipts and policy issuance.
- Ensure cases are assessed in line with Company policies and service turnaround time.
- Review correspondence such as offer letters, policy contracts for new products (if any) and special communications when required.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, including KYC / AML and Due Diligence Review.
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify control gaps, operational risks, and compliance issues.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Review work quality, provide feedback, and support skill development of team members.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
