Job Description
Responsibilities - Scholarship & Financial Assistance Administration
- Manage the end‑to‑end administration of donor‑funded and government‑funded scholarships and bursaries for current and incoming students.
- Administer scholarship applications, awards, renewals, and disbursements across schemes with varying eligibility criteria, tenure structures, and award conditions.
- Coordinate closely with academic schools, the Office of Advancement, and internal stakeholders to support effective and timely award administration.
- Facilitate scholarship offer issuance, acceptance, agreement signing, and fulfilment of donor and University requirements.
- Provide ongoing administrative and case‑management support to scholars throughout the tenure of their awards.
