Principal responsibilities

• Perform BAU static data/fee billing/reconciliations activities and management of outstanding instructions.
• Lead and come up with different projects to benefit the team and improve the existing processes.
• Drive cross‑training initiative across 5 markets for better capacity management.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of account opening, name change and closure, and other related system maintenances on account set up.
• Ensure timely preparation of client charges and monitoring of billing statements.
• Leverage on technology platforms (new and existing) to gain efficiency and ensure operational viability.
• Review systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
