Candidate should have 2-3 Years of leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a team of L2 complex itinerary trained resources.
- Ensure KPI and SLA of the process for the team.
- Supervise the team and conduct administrative functions.
- Lead conference calls.
- Produce dashboards and reports in Excel and presentation formats.
Qualifications
- Cryptic/Native GDS experience is required.
- Recent or current experience in a corporate travel account.
- Experience in team management, acting as a ticketing SME to assist or intervene as needed.
- Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in corporate travel and one additional GDS experience.
