**Scope and general Purpose of Job**

To ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Assistant Manager will also be responsible to maintain a strong professional relationship with all levels of associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development, and be a leader who leads by example ensuring that associates uphold the brand cultures and values which result in enhancing guest’s experience.

**Qualifications:**

Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Thai Citizens.

3-5 years’experience working in luxary hotel

Positive outlook & team player with good communication.

Focused on quality and consistency with keen eye for detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
