Functional (job Responsibilities)

• Manage and identify Portfolio sales cross-sell opportunities in the bank.
• Responsible for communicating campaigns, operational or regulatory updates to all sales channels during monthly engagements and coaching sessions.
• Responsible to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Oversee the maintenance of information posted on HLB’s intranet e-knowledge portal to improve communication and flow of information to sales channels.
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance in sales management for all internal and external dealings.
• Ensure that Portfolio sales collaterals/documentations are updated and communicated and in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
