JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

·Inventory Control:  Manage stock levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy through regular, physical counts.

·Logistics & Storage:  Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, ensuring proper material handling and storage according to safety protocols

·Supply Chain Coordination:  Coordinate with production and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of materials for production and dispatch of finished goods.

·Compliance & Safety:  Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper warehouse housekeeping, fire safety, and hazard control.

·Documentation & Systems:  Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, invoices, and challans, often using systems.

·Team Management:  Supervise, train, and schedule store personnel to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures.
