Drive and manage the smooth transition and upgrade of legacy systems and applications Liaise with IT Project Managers to ensure all deliverables are on schedule and escalate critical failure points to management Monitor stores' feedback after rollout and identify key issues for targeted follow up actions/enhancements Participate in key cross-functional projects and work with relevant stakeholders to develop problem statements and identify end-to-end solutions (including financial accounting) to address issues through tech enablers Plan and allocate manpower to support the timely deliverable of various initiatives Assess and lead the requirement gathering for new initiatives or enhancements with end users and communicate requests to system designers Ensure all functionalities and end-to-end UAT are passed with proper documentation being maintained and end users are equipped with us...
