  • Facilitator - Lead sprints and workshops aimed at advancing quality, process improvements, and human-centered experiences.
  • Partner - Collaborate with Department Heads and similar practitioners in the institution to drive improvement initiatives, closely working with them to implement strategies on-site.
  • Trainer - Conduct training sessions on lean management and human-centered tools, sharing knowledge and skills with hospital staff. Additionally, act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and human-centered practices within the hospital.
