We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to manage hiring for the US Residential Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and a proven track record of hiring for Live Underwriter and Post Close Underwriter roles. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to drive closures within defined timelines.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
