Supporting the Sales and Marketing Division, this position will oversee sales control activity, ensure compliance and drive accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage sales control operations on a timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Oversee sales closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and present the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and analysis of budgets.
- Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to reconcile sales and inventory data.
- Manage product mix of sales in line with supply chain and business plans.
- Drive process improvements and maintain/update SOPs.
- Lead system and ERP enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise and develop a team of Sales Control staff.
