Key Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions to address specific challenges faced by the Bank in regulatory compliance matters and advise business/support units on compliance to laws, rules and standards.
• Identify, assess and advise impact of regulatory compliance risks during new product/services development, process, marketing/promotional campaigns and other related activities.
• Review submission of relevant regulatory compliance reports/responses to regulatory bodies on compliance matters.
• Analyze cases escalated to Group Compliance and to assess and determine any non-compliance to regulations.
• Resolve identified issues, and escalate concerns to respective superiors as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concerns, drive compliance related projects bank wide as and when required.
• Conduct training to stakeholders on key Compliance topics – eg:- Data Protection and Secrecy, BNM Foreign Exchange Policy, CRS/F...
