Overview Assist the Clinical HOD and Clinical Operations Manager in providing operational, administrative and project management support to the department.
Responsibilities - Provide oversight of clinician manpower administration by supporting the Clinical HOD on recruitment and manpower matters, includes close coordination with HRBP (Medical), MOHH and relevant stakeholders on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, postings, residency matters, and MOPEX selections, as well as ensuring all onboarding logistics are timely and operationally ready.
- Conduct Induction and Orientation of New Joiners.
- Provide oversight for submission of clinician work related claims.
- Co‑manage the compilation, analysis and validation of performance data for Clinical Team Bonus and other department KPIs as required.
- Perform data analysis, trend identification and work with clinical leads to develop targeted improvement initiatives.
