Job Description/About the Role We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the Superintendent in overseeing operations while strengthening governance, policy development, and compliance within the Welfare Home.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, developing SOPs, and ensuring quality standards in a care environment.
Requirements - Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or related fields
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in operations, governance or compliance
- Experience in SOP development, policy drafting or quality assurance is preferred
- Strong analytical, writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders across departments
- Familiarity with MSF or healthcare/social service regulations is an advantage
