Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction/Project Manager with daily site operations, coordination, and tracking project progress.
• Prepare and consolidate project documentation.
• Create and maintain work schedules.
• Monitor material usage to identify wastage and implement corrective measures when needed.
• Liaise with Consultants, Subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical matters, review revised drawings, and ensure work complies with approved construction drawings and RFIs.
• Verify site progress, conduct joint measurements, and prepare claim‑related documents for submission to the Contracts Department for monthly progress claims.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
