Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the operation team for the production of specialty fats products, including Palm Mid Fraction (PMF), Margarine, Shortening and Vegetable Ghee.
• Assist in developing and optimizing product recipes and process parameters for specialty fats production to achieve required product functionality and quality.
• Support process optimization across fractionation and finished product lines, including crystallization control, cooling profiles, blending and texturization.
