Responsibilities

• Deliver trend analysis, comprehensive utilization reviews, and data-driven program impact assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Act as a liaison to Sales teams, maintaining a strong and productive working relationship for the fulfillment of client and internal stakeholder requirements.
• Support the forecasting of medical utilization costs (MUC) and develop key cost containment metrics to ensure financial efficiency for the client account.
• Own the development and maintenance of stakeholder dashboards, tracking key utilization metrics.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to execute targeted studies and projects.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
