Role Overview/Purpose
The role will focus on the development, implementation, and on-going operations of the HR technology landscape across the employee lifecycle. This includes applications such as HRMS, LMS, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, Compensation Planning, and Manpower Budgeting.
The individual will also have oversight and shared accountability for interfaces that enable data flow between HR and non-HR systems (e.g., Active Directory and downstream applications such as Travel Management). They will be required to collaborate extensively with HR teams (both CoEs and business stakeholders), external technology partners, and internal IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of new implementations, as well as the smooth day-to-day operation of HR applications.
