Job Role The role will support the organisation’s workforce planning function by supporting manpower planning, headcount management and workforce analytics to support business and operational requirements. He/ she works closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure effective manpower utilisation, accurate reporting, and alignment with organisational objectives.
Job Description - Coordinate and administer the annual manpower budgeting exercise for management and Board approval
- Prepare and analyse monthly manpower reports, dashboards, and headcount statistics for management and divisions
- Monitor manpower movements including recruitment, transfers, promotions, secondments, upgrading, trainee graduations, and attrition trends
