The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and creating localized marketing strategies for several Ismaya resto brands, maintaining relationships with local partners, malls, and communities, and supporting market expansion efforts outside Jabodetabek, including outlet opening preparations.
Localized Marketing Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities in different regions.
- Develop, implement and monitor localized marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics of each outer city market.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies, and with operational team for execution at the outlet.
Market Expansion:
- Champion the preparation and execution of new outlet openings in outer city locations.
