Summary The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) Medical Specialty & Special Programs supports the Nurse Manager (NM) Medical Specialty & Special Programs in overseeing operations of Medical Specialty, Special Programs and Home Based Primary Care. This role combines clinical proficiency with leadership responsibilities and is often considered part of the succession plan for future NM positions, providing opportunities to develop management skills and prepare for higher-level leadership.
