Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT documentation, system records, and equipment to ensure they are well‑organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate IT support activities, including user access management, technical requests, and system updates.
  • Monitor basic IT operations such as data backups, service subscriptions (licenses, domains, hosting), and periodic reporting.
  • Prepare user guides and training materials, including simple tutorial videos and screen recordings.

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
