What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing agendas and taking minutes
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the maritime industry (in manning)
Preferred Female
Diploma in Maritime
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems and software
A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
Knowledge of maritime operations and regulations would be an advantage
Handling a wide range of clerical duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
