Key Responsibilities

Operations and Shift Management

Shift Leadership: Take full ownership of managing daily shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal floor coverage at all times.

Staff Supervision: Actively monitor staff performance, providing real‑time coaching and ensuring the team stays motivated and productive.

Inventory Control: Lead inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular counts, and ensuring supplies are ordered accurately to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Service Standards: Oversee drink and food preparation to guarantee every item meets our Premium Quality promise before reaching the guest.

Financial and Performance Oversight

P&L Responsibility: Assist in managing the outlet’s Profit and Loss, focusing on minimizing wastage and controlling operational expenses.
