- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Kallang
Job Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
- Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
