Responsibilities


+ Support the Plant Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness

+ Coordinate all plant activities, including production scheduling, workforce supervision, process improvement, and maintenance

+ Act as a key leader in achieving operational goals and developing a culture of continuous improvement

+ Ensure the shop is open and ready for employees to arrive; report attendance issues

+ Assist in managing daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics
