Job Description
- Manage direct and indirect procurement activities to meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements across the business.
- Source cost‑effective products and services while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships, including contracts and commercial terms.
- Review and manage weekly and monthly purchasing plans and costing.
- Maintain a controlled and up‑to‑date supplier base and documentation.
- Work closely with R&D and culinary teams on new product development, ingredient sourcing, and menu launches.
- Achieve cost‑saving targets through effective negotiation and alternative sourcing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Procurement Manager should have:
