Job Description

  • Manage direct and indirect procurement activities to meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements across the business.
  • Source cost‑effective products and services while maintaining consistent quality standards.
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships, including contracts and commercial terms.
  • Review and manage weekly and monthly purchasing plans and costing.
  • Maintain a controlled and up‑to‑date supplier base and documentation.
  • Work closely with R&D and culinary teams on new product development, ingredient sourcing, and menu launches.
  • Achieve cost‑saving targets through effective negotiation and alternative sourcing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Procurement Manager should have:
