Our Program Management group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be part of our project team in Syracuse, Rochester or Buffalo , NY. In this role you’ll be working alongside other Project Managers, APMs on the Jacobs team, client staff, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
* Review submitted RFI’s and submittals from the contractor as required for designated/assigned spec-sections.
* Once submittals and RFI’s are sent to the design team support tracking durations and ensure items are approved in an agreed upon time frame.
