Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects from start to finish. This role works closely with project managers, internal teams, clients and vendors to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration

+ Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets

+ Prepare project documentation, status reports and meeting notes

+ Coordinate communication among internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and vendors

+ Help identify project risks, issues and delays, and support resolution efforts

+ Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
