Expectation of the roles and responsibilities: Minimum experience of at least 5 years in project management/Coordination roles, ideally in the landscaping, construction or A&A works, sense of urgency, strong sense of mission and costing.
- Attend Site Meetings and conduct Daily Toolbox meetings with workers.
- Planning and present schedule using scheduling software and daily coordination work for multiple sites.
- Managing client's calls on Site progress and answering enquiries on Site related issues as fast as possible on all form of communication channels like whatsapp or Email.
- Logistics planning for transport of materials and equipment on site, including tracking site material usages as well as coordination with subcontractor removal works specialist.
