Job Description
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible in covering general operation of the Central Store inclusive of stock replenishment and ensure the activities are compliance to the set standards.
- Ensure efficient operation of Central Store.
- Ensure proper storage/arrangement of items in Central Store.
- Ensure security and safety of items in Central Store.
- Responsible for replenishment of stock medical/surgical, sundries and stationeries. To raise purchase requisition to Purchasing Unit to ensure the stock availability at all the time.
- To assist on check and monitor slow moving items, near expired items and expired items.
- To check and receive all incoming goods are according to purchase order and procedures.
- To enter the information of items receive and supplies into Hits System.
- To close the Purchase Order (PO) by post the Good Receive Note (GRN).
