Job Description
Principal Accountabilities - Client onboarding and ongoing KYC: Work closely with customers, the onboarding team, and compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding/KYC/CDD/AML in time.
- Client servicing: Ensure day‑to‑day customer queries are handled in a timely manner.
- New business: Support relationship managers in assessing the viability of new transactions, ensuring timely submission of account opening, credit proposals, deal presentation slides, and managing the credit process and turnaround time. Attend roadshows and make customer visits with relationship managers.
- Ongoing account monitoring and customer relationship management: Ensure timely submission of periodic account reviews and loan reviews; conduct post‑lending monitoring of approved conditions/covenants; raise waivers arising from deviations from bank policies and approved conditions/covenants; develop and manage customer portfolios and conduct regular credit reviews to maintain health...
