Responsibilities - Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RM) handling Private Banking clients.
- Respond to all client enquiries and instructions, delivering timely resolution to most issues.
- Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.
- Support RMs in delivering financial advisory services to clients.
- Maintain client data and reports, including contact lists, account numbers, facility details, and status of credit reviews/renewals.
