Job Description
  • To assist the Director of Revenue Management in directing & supervising the activities of the Reservation section.
  • To manage, lead, direct and train the Reservations Sales Officers and Executives in the daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks which support the hotel sales and operational needs.
  • To ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments
  • To handle all correspondence promptly and prepare statistical data when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Director of Revenue Management.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of prior experience
  • Independent
  • Good communications skills
  • Able to work on shifts
  • Prior experience with Opera is an added advantage
