Job Description
Job Description - To assist the Director of Revenue Management in directing & supervising the activities of the Reservation section.
- To manage, lead, direct and train the Reservations Sales Officers and Executives in the daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks which support the hotel sales and operational needs.
- To ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments
- To handle all correspondence promptly and prepare statistical data when required.
- Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Director of Revenue Management.
Requirements - At least 2 years of prior experience
- Independent
- Good communications skills
- Able to work on shifts
- Prior experience with Opera is an added advantage
