What you’ll be doing:
- Support sales strategy development and drive business growth in freight forwarding & logistics
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction & retention
- Act as key contact for client enquiries, quotations, and issue resolution
- Work closely with operations, logistics & customer service teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights
What we’re looking for:
