Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets.
• Analyse market trends (e.g., Original/OEM competition landscape, the rise of EV components) and competitor pricing to adjust sales tactics.
• Identify and penetrate new market segments, such as independent repair networks or e-commerce platforms.

Team Management & Coaching

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of inside sales support executives.
• Set clear KPIs for the team, from purchase order processing to arrangement of goods delivery.
• Conduct regular field visits along with the sales support team to provide on-the-job coaching and strengthen client ties.

Inventory & Operations Alignment

• Work closely with the Parts Operation Team & Group Procurement to ensure fast‑movers are always in stock while minimizing dead stock. ...
