- Assist Service Advisors with customer bookings and service appointments.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle service progress, repairs, and estimated completion times.
- Prepare and maintain job cards, repair orders, and service documentation.
- Coordinate workflow between the service department and workshop technicians.
- Ensure customer information and vehicle details are captured accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding repairs, parts availability, and customer approvals.
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after vehicle collection.
- Assist with service department administration and filing.
Requirements: - Grade 12 (Matric).
