Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum (X) years of experience in construction/interior fit‑out industry
• Strong knowledge of costing, contracts, and tender processes
• Willing and able to travel to site frequently (site‑based involvement required)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in interior design / renovation / construction projects
• Familiar with measurement tools and costing software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
