About the role
We are seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SM Appliance, a leading retailer of home appliances in the Philippines. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Ensure the store meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual presentation to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Lead and inspire your team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance
