Assistant Store Manager – Westgate

40 hours per week | Sunday to Thursday roster

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager on all operational aspects and manage the team during Store Manager RDOs.
• Use prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach the team on daily tasks.
• Become BRA‑FIT certified to ensure customers receive the best experience.
• Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident before, during, and after a fitting.
• Excel in operational functions such as merchandising, loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs.
