Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cash handling
- Implement and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
- Address and resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly
- Assist in staff training, coaching, and scheduling
Qualifications
- 1–2 years supervisory experience (F&B or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic reporting, inventory, and cash control knowledge
- Willing to work shifting schedules
