To maintain a high level of service for patients and ensure continuous improvement to work processes for Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital.

• To identify, analyze and propose improvement to work processes for Portering.
• To support the planning, designing and management of system support e.g. NGEMR Transport Module.
• To monitor staff training matters related to Portering.
• To assist to manage and monitor service vendor.
• To assist with incident review and closure of gaps with vendor.
• To provide constructive feedback to vendors to improve services.
• To work closely with other departments within KTPH & YCH to ensure implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
