Job Description
Responsibilities Team Management: - Assist the Technical Managers to lead teams of Architectural and Technical Coordinators.
- Manage architectural production teams, resources, and manpower planning effectively.
Technical Oversight And Coordination - Work with project and technical teams to develop designs from concept / schematic to detailed designs and construction details for tender, ensuring all works comply with regulatory standards.
- Ensure consistency of architectural and building details across the practice, applying building codes to designs and advising the Project Director / Associate / Architect on compliance implications.
Technical Coordination And Regulatory Compliance - Assist the Technical Managers and work with project and technical teams for technical compliance and building code matters.
