About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and visually aware Assistant to the Interior Design and Architectural Team – Visual Documentation Support to join our studio. This role provides practical day-to-day support for documentation, visual material organisation, research assistance, website updates, and communications tasks across the studio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Studio Directors and design team to help maintain accurate records, organised archives, and clear visual presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, file, and update project documentation, presentations, reports, and submission materials.
• Organise, label, sort, and maintain the studio’s visual documentation, including photographs, drawings, sketches, and reference images.
