Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Analyze designated market situation and provide proposal for business opportunities
- Identify potential market segment for further acquisition
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated market
- Provide feedback and update Admin on operational changes to ensure SOP / GP in accordance to company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements and act
- Coordinate with other BUs on all business related projects, e.g. events, promotions and Guest Service training for all Casino team members with other managers to insure a cohesive interdepartmental team relationship
- Interact / hosting of guests, attend to their needs / gather feedback to ensure excellent service and hospitality to the guests
