Job Purpose Provide underwriting support within the risk management framework of GELS prescribed guidelines for individual product lines, especially high net worth products.
Responsibilities
Provide underwriting due diligence on new applications, following GELS and Reinsurance partners guidelines.
Identify risks and apply best underwriting practices in line with industry standards.
Provide competitive, risk‑appropriate underwriting advice and market‑leading services.
Act as a critical liaison and build strong relationships with distribution channels, Group Risk Management, Product, Actuarial and Reinsurers.
Proactively seek process improvement for HNW and promote a customer‑first culture.
Ensure timely and adequate support for the business, including training for distribution channels.
Support review and updating of underwriting guidelines for High Net Worth products.
